causes of morbidity

In the recent decades,
the leading causes of
morbidity (in Pinas) were

diarrhea,
bronchitis,
pneumonia,
influenza,

hypertension,
tuberculosis,
heart disease,
malaria,
chickenpox,
and
measles.

Have we won the war against these?
Let's also use some of our socmed time
in (info campaign or) fighting these off .
Thanks.

Ten Layers of Absolute Freedom by James Altucher

#1:
Free from your own past and future.

Which means: free of all regrets and petty hatreds

from the past and anxieties and worries about the future.

#2:
Free of other people’s opinions of you.

You never ride above the clouds if everyone is

holding you down into the rain.

#3:
Free of the opinions of the masses.

#4:
Free of the word “CAN’T”.

#5:
Find someone who likes what you are doing.

#6:

Now that people like something you are doing,

start thinking of something you can charge for.

A premium version of what you are doing.

#7:
Only do your best work 2-5 hours after you wake up.

#8:
You don’t need a lot to live like a king.

#9.
Freedom is a path you choose every day.

#10:
Realize that everyone you meet today

has been sent down from an alien mother ship

to teach you a lesson.
Learn those lessons.

2nd 10/366

11/366. the new year calls for new beginnings. some people have made resolutions and will try to better themselves. if we cant support them nor believe they will succeed, we can at the least not mock them. the littlest effort to change is achievement enough to some. may we all have the courage to do so.

12/366. if each one of us gets to do one random act of kindness each day, what a wonderful world this will be.

13/366. each new day is a chance to overwrite a disgusting past. when it is overwritten, we must stop talking about it. we must start anew. do better. be better. we must waste not the chance this new day has in store.

14/366. when you're feeling down and it's taking you so long to get up and move, just think about (among others) the tasks left undone, the praises for teammates left unsaid, the people still unhelped, the items in your bucket list that needs to be accomplished.
Donald Shimoda:

Here's a test to find out if your mission on Earth is finished:
If you're still alive, it isn't.

[as for me, i tried counting the reasons...

i am on 1, 475...and i'm still counting :)]

15/366. whenever i feel like am short-changed, i always take time to look back at when i had nothing. the heavens has given me more than what i deserved already. it pays to be reminded of these gifts. [whenever we have enough, we are grateful. more so whenever we have more... we share.]

16/366. when i started working at jollibee, i receive 14.75 per hour. even before that, i always knew that time is valuable. it was just better to have numbers to back that up... think: how much (time/money) will we earn/waste today?

17/366. each time i see how the sun rises or how the waves move or think about how the trees grow in the sand, i cant help but praise our creator. tapos, i see myself pa in the mirror... wow! hahaha. (walangbasaganngtrip)

18/366. first of all, most of all, be kind to yourself.

19/366. another sunrise. another day. it always pays to be aware that we have the power to make someone's day better and the power to ruin someone's day too. choose wisely. act kindly. happy chooseday!

20/366. never underestimate the power of a prayer.

3/366

5/366. store opening of 424 classes.
with the able guidance of their advisers
and the rest of the BCTeam,
i am confident that everything will be fine.
they will have a smooth and successful opening event.

6/366
. get up and move it.
there's so much to see,
there's so much to do.
life is a gift. love it, live it, share it.

7/366

8/366

best twilight [breaking dawn] quotes

How could you run, how could you fight,
when doing so would hurt that beloved one?
If your life was all you had to give your beloved,
how could you not give it?
If it was someone you truly loved?
---Bella  p.1

We’re getting married, Charlie.
I love her more than anything in the world, more than my own life,
and – by some miracle – she loves me that way, too.
Will you give us your blessing?
---Edward p.15

You make your own kinds of mistakes,
and I’m sure you’ll have your share of regrets in life.
But commitment was never your problem, sweetie.
You have a better chance of making this work than
most forty-year-olds I know. My little middle-aged child.
Luckily, you seem to have found another old soul.
---Renée p.18

Go to your happy place, Bella.
It won’t take long.
---Alice p.21

It seemed silly that this fact – the existence of his soul –
had ever been in question, even if he was a vampire.
He had the most beautiful soul, more beautiful than
his brilliant mind or his incomparable face or his glorious body.
---Bella  p.24

I’m glad I came. I didn’t think I would be.
But it’s good to see you… one more time.
Not as sad as I’d thought it would be.
---Jacob p.59

Insanity is probably easier than sharing a pack mind.
Crazy people’s voices don’t send babysitters to watch them.
---Jacob  p.61

My relationship with Jacob used to be so easy.
Natural as breathing.
But since Edward had come back into my life,
it was a constant strain. Because – in Jacob’s eyes –
by choosing Edward, I was choosing a fate
that was worse than death,
or at least equivalent to it.
---Bella p.64

How did people do this –
swallow all their fears and trust someone else
so implicitly with every imperfection and fear they had –
with less than the absolute commitment that
Edward had given me?
If it weren’t Edward out there,
if I didn’t know in every cell of my body that he loved me
as much as I loved him – unconditionally and irrevocably
and, to be honest, irrationally – I’d never be able to get up off this floor.
---Bella  p.83

Now you know.
No one’s ever loved anyone
as much as I love you.
 ---Bella p.753

Everything I need to know about life, I learned from Noah's Ark!

1. Don't miss the boat.

2.  Remember
that we are all in the same boat.

3.  Plan ahead.
It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.

4.  Stay fit.
When you're 600 years old,
someone may ask you to do something really big.

5.  Don't listen to critics;
just get on with the job that needs to be done.

6.  Build your future
on high ground.

7.  For safety's sake,
travel in pairs.

8. Speed isn't always an advantage.
The snails were on board with the cheetahs.

9.  When you're stressed,
float a while.

10. Remember,
the Ark was built by amateurs;
the Titanic by professionals.

11. No matter the storm,
when you are with God,
there's always a rainbow waiting.

10 Rules [Good Christian Married Life]

10 Commandments
for a Good Christian Married Life

1. You must be and become the RIGHT person
rather than expecting your spouse
to be come the RIGHT person.

2. GIVE and TAKE is a necessity.
Let LOVE cover the disagreements
which will come in any marriage.

3. Never carry into tomorrow the petty troubles of today.
Forgive at the earliest or at least by the end of the day,
and then forget.

4. Discuss your disagreements
and personal problems with the LORD.
Go to HIM for the advice you need.
Always take Godly counsel when in need.

5. Try to live within your financial means.
Don't try to copy the life style of some other couple;
keep within your income.
And be sure to set aside the tithe for the Lord's work.

6. Keep your love as romantic as possible.
Appreciate each other.
Express that appreciation in actual love
and affection in the home.

7. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER think of divorce
as a solution for your marriage problems.
You took your vows "until death do us part."
Divorce never settles anything.

8. Keep your eyes on the person you have married,
and don't bother looking around for someone else.
Wandering eyes benefit no marriage.
It opens the door for the enemy
to work out his scheme in your marriage.

9. Read God's Word
and pray together every day.
To pray together is to stay together.

10. Let Christ shed the love of God in your heart,
and
you will be sure to have love for each other
